CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will be sent an invoice for half the cost of the missed appointment. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 3 hours notice or no-show you will be sent an invoice for the full cost of the missed appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late I cannot perform the intended service and it will be considered a less than 3 hour cancellation, therefore the full cost of the appointment will be charged. If you wish to book further appointments, that invoice must be paid first or no future appointments will be booked.
DEPOSIT POLICY
I require a non-refundable deposit of $75 for microblading and hybrid brows. Your appointment will not be booked until it is paid. It will go towards your appointment day-of, so all that is required at the appointment is the remaining balance. It is non-refundable so if you decide to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, cancel and not reschedule, or not show up to your appointment you will not receive your deposit back. A new deposit will be required if you wish to book in the future. The deposit is also non-transferable for a different service. If you decide you no longer want to get the permanent makeup service, your deposit cannot be used towards something else. This is to protect my income. I book out three hours for this appointment and it is not guaranteed I will fill the new opening(s).
GUEST POLICY
I do not allow additional guests, and yes this includes children, to appointments.
I do not have additional seating in my suite. I also like to only keep my focus on my client and the service. Guests, especially children, can be a distraction. I have chemicals, sharps, and needles in my room. For any service I need my client to lay still.
